Q. How long does delivery take?
A. Orders are delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch.
Q. Do you offer free shipping?
A. Yes! We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
Q. Which courier partners do you use?
A. We ship through trusted partners like Delhivery and Shiprocket for fast and secure delivery.

Q. How long does it take to process my order?
A. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day of placing the order.
Q. Can I track my order?
A. Yes, a tracking link will be shared with you via email or WhatsApp once the order is dispatched.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
Q. Do you accept returns?
A. Yes, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. An unboxing video is mandatory for processing returns.
Q. Who bears the return shipping cost?
A. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Q. Do you offer exchanges?
A. Exchanges are only provided for damaged or wrong items. Please share an unboxing video as proof.
Q. Are all products returnable?
A. Jewellery items are non-returnable unless they are damaged or incorrect.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept all major payment methods via Razorpay, including UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets.
Q. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
A. Yes, COD is available with an additional charge of ₹50.
Q. Are my payments secure?
A. Absolutely! All transactions are securely processed through Razorpay, a trusted and encrypted payment gateway.

Q. Is guest checkout allowed?
A. No, customers are required to create an account to place an order for better tracking and communication.
Q. Do you offer a warranty?
A. No, currently there is no warranty on any of our jewellery items.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. At the moment, we ship only within India.
